There's a lot going on for the wedding and I thought it would be best to have one location for all the information.
If you would like to get us a gift we are registered at Target. You can visit Target.com/clubwed to find our registry or visit any store.

The Proposal
So the idea of starting a blog for the wedding has finally come to fruition 2 months after the proposal (pretty much exactly). It's been a slow process mostly due to my laziness. I thought that since I'm living in Utah now this would be a good way to keep everyone in the loop. So I'll start out with the proposal since I'm sure everyone is dying to know.
Bryan and I drove down to California for the weekend. It was there that he asked my dad for permission to marry me. The van that we drive has no air conditioning so in the middle of June it's like a sweat lodge in there and all we could talk about on the drive there and the drive back was finding a river where we could stop at just for a quick swim. On the way back we stumbled upon signs for Virgin River (I think they must've just put up these signs because we both had never seen these signs in all the times we've made that drive. If anyone gets a chance to go there it's beautiful and there isn't a car in sight.) We went for a swim and Bryan goes venturing into the rocks and comments on how the rocks are really interesting. I was a little puzzled, but I agreed with him mostly because I think he's cute. We're swimming around some more and he says, "I found this really cool rock, do you want to see it?" I say yes eager to see an example of the rocks he had talked about earlier. He goes into his bag and reaches for a little black velvet box and asks me to marry him. I'm sure you can all guess what my answer was...how could I say no to such a beautiful moment with the man I love.
So...naturally I didn't take a picture to document the moment, but thank goodness the interenet exists to do that for me :)
